<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact org. waste water treatment apparatus for biologically treating waste water containing biologically hardly decomposable lipid to efficiently decompose lipid without requiring physicochemical treatment. SOLUTION: Waste water containing lipid is sent to a flow rate adjusting tank 2 as inflow water through a screen 1 while impurities therein are removed. A predetermined quantity of waste water is supplied into a yeast reaction tank 3 being a biological reaction tank from the flow rate adjusting tank 2. A return route and a pump for returning yeast sludge again used in the treatment of waste water in the yeast sludge subjected to solid-liquid separation treatment by a pressure floatation means 4 are provided to the yeast reaction tank 3 so as to be interposed between the tank 3 and the pressure floatation means 4. Waste water is treated with lipid metabolizing yeast for a constant stagnation time under an aerobic condition within the yeast reaction tank 3 and sent to the pressure floatation means 4 to be subjected to solid-liquid separation treatment. The treated liquid obtained by solid-liquid separation is sent to a treated water tank 5 and a part of separated yeast sludge is returned to the yeast reaction tank 3 and the remainder thereof is sent to a sludge treatment system as excessive yeast.</p> |
