PURPOSE: A multi-functional cap is provided which is capable of rapidly absorbing or emitting sweats generated from the head of a wearer using a fabric sheet coated with materials radiating far infrared rays or negative ions which are beneficial to the health, thereby making the wearer feel refreshed and imparting hair with gloss and smoothness. CONSTITUTION: The multi-functional cap(100) comprises: a fabric sheet(1) having functions of absorbing or emitting sweats generated from the head and quickly drying the sweats; a synthetic conductor sheet(2) prepared by mixing powder pulverized from at least one infrared ray or negative ion radiating material selected from the group consisting of charcoal, jade, silver, amethyst, elvan, talc, chitosan, and germanium, with a natural incense substance and a soft synthetic resin as a binder, further mixing the resultant mixture with a coating liquid and making the mixture into a sheet; a thermally sealable film(3) for adhering the synthetic conductor sheet(2) to the fabric sheet(1); and a non-woven fabric(4) sewn on the synthetic conductor sheet(2), for absorbing sweats.
