PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for fabricating a flexible PCB(Printed Circuit Board) are provided to enhance the productivity and reliability by performing a semi-automated postprocess for adhering a reinforcing plate and a bothsided tape on a flexible PCB sheet after a preprocess. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating a flexible PCB includes an upper plate(7), a lower plate, and an elevation plate. A plurality of reinforcing plate sheet guides(13) are formed on an upper surface of the upper plate(7) in order to load a reinforcing sheet into guide holes. A plurality of air holes(15) are formed on a reinforcing plate. An internal vacuum line is formed on the lower plate in order to connect a vacuum line to the air holes(15). A plurality of flexible PCB sheet guides(25) and a plurality of flexible PCB support pins(19) are arranged on the elevation plate. An elevation cylinder is connected to a lower side of the elevation plate.
