The filter holder (10) cleaner consists of a housing (1) containing a rotary brush (2) with surface and side bristles, and a hole (3) for fitting it to the end of a drive motor (4) shaft. The motor is located in a small inner housing (5) on a support (6) with four vanes connecting it to the outer housing (1). When a filter holder is placed on the brush its handle depresses a spring-loaded switch (7) that starts the motor and brush turning.
