ENCLOSURE FOR A VEHICLE BED

An enclosure for a vehicle bed is provided. The enclosure comprises a retractable cover that includes a control assembly that allows for simple an d convenient operation of the cover so that the cover can be positioned in a number of intermediate positions in a vehicle bed. One embodiment of the present invention includes a handle that is offset from a centerline of the retractable cover. Another embodiment of the present invention includes a light that is mounted within the vehicle bed.
