In a removable car bench seat, in which a flange 23 overlies a part 22 of the upholstery frame, a cam member 16 engages a forward slope 21, to abut an inclined surface 17 against the rear of lip 15, as the front of the seat 10 locates, on face 14 of transverse bearer 12. To dismount the seat, it must be moved upwardly and rearwardly before the parts 22 and 23 can be separated by drawing it forwardly. |
