PURPOSE: A flash-setting injection device making use of a high-speed dividing body is provided to make an injection rod exactly form an improver without jamming, easily discharge slime, improve excavating force, maintain the vertical degree, and excellently execute work under the ground where the speed of a current is fast by enabling rapid flash-setting and curing under water. CONSTITUTION: In a flash-setting injection device, a bit(20) is assembled to the lower end of an injection rod(10). The flash-setting injection device making use of a high-speed dividing body comprises an excavating bit(30) executing diagonal injection and cross injection at the lower end of the injection rod; a first agitator(40) executing diagonal injection at the upper part of the excavating bit, with different injection directions and a step; and a second agitator(50) horizontally injecting air at the upper part of the first agitator.
