The circular saw with an angle adjustment devicce for the saw arm involves a basic part (11), a saw arm (31), a rotary shaft (21) between the basic part and the saw arm and an adjustment device (51) on the basic part for adjustment of the angle of the saw arm, so that the saw arm can be pivoted through an angle and positioned. The rotary shaft is provided with a gearwheel section (22) and a fixture belt (23) is fed through the rotary shaft. The fixture bolt has an end with a fixture nut (24) for fixing the rotary shaft in order to prevent it from rotating.
