PURPOSE: A light guide panel, a method for fabricating the same, and a surface light source device using the same are provided to reduce the light loss and transmit light from a primary light source uniformly and efficiently, thereby obtaining sufficient luminance without using any additional prism sheets. CONSTITUTION: A light guide panel is in a concave shape and includes predetermined lenses formed on a surface in the longitudinal direction by extrusion for inducing the light scattering, wherein the central part has a thickness in the range of 1/3-1/4 of both ends. The light guide panel has a thickness of about 4-12mm, a horizontal error of ±0.5, a pitch interval of 0.3-1mm, and a depth of valley parts is less than 1/2 of the pitch interval. |
