<p>The invention relates to a device for producing a reinforcing structure for a tyre. The inventive device comprises: a strip-positioning head (4), said head consisting of a strip guide channel which is formed by slots (61) and a stitching device with rollers (47) which are intended to co-operate with an element; a strip cutting member (48) which is disposed between the unwinding device and the positioning head; and a strip turning mechanism which can be used to turn the face of the strip over, said strip being brought into contact with the aforementioned element by the positioning head. Said turning mechanism consists essentially of a frame (6) which is mounted on two bearings (60) in a cradle (41). The above-mentioned frame (6) can rotate at least 180° in relation to the cradle (41).</p> |
