The sickle-shaped shears-blades (1) are on the same swivel axle (2) as the shears-holder (3) and are mounted by means of a wearing-sleeve (4).,the free ends of the cutter blades, the pneumatic or hydraulic drive connections and the swivel axle are arranged in a triangle. The wearing-sleeve is mounted between two ring discs (8,8') which are placed axially against the bearing eyes of the two blades. The ring discs and the wearing sleeve are clamped by screws (11) fitting through holes (10).
