The paper punch has an upper seat (10) with elongated slide path (11) for a slide element (1), and a lower seat (30) connected on one side to the upper seat and having an oblong slit. A group of punches (20) are installed between the seats and have at least one punch part which can be moved inside the slit. This punch part is pressed down when the slide element is moved into contact with same. The group of punches comprises a punch insert body (21), a positioning pin (212) protruding up therefrom to receive a punching part and an elastic element (22) placed around the positioning pin.
