METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DATA WRITE ACCORDING TO HEAD FLYING HEIGHT

PURPOSE: A method for controlling data write according to a head flying height is provided to prevent data loss by detecting an abnormal head flying height when data is written on an HDD(Hard Disk Drive). CONSTITUTION: A preset value is compared by adding an amplitude level of the first and the second servo burst signal read through a head(54). In case that the added value of the amplitude level is smaller than the preset value, a data write operation is reserved by setting a write disable flag(56).
