PURPOSE: Provided is a sewage and wastewater treatment apparatus being capable of decomposing contaminants by oxygen catalytic reaction by dissolving ozone into wastewater and automatically removing sludge from the wastewater, thereby reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an ozone contact pump(410), an ozone generator(300), an injector for mixing ozone generated from the ozone generator(300) with wastewater, an ozone contact reactor(500) and an ozone oxidizer(600) for maximizing oxidation reaction of contaminants in wastewater by making ozone generated from the ozone generator(300) come into contact with wastewater, and a bed filter(800) for removing the remainder of the contaminants which is not removed by oxidation reaction in the ozone contact reactor(500) and the ozone oxidizer(600) by filtration, and a filter(700) for removing dissolved contaminant from the outflow of the bed filter(800).
