PURPOSE: Provided is a wastewater treatment apparatus by electrolysis to increase size of the impurities and by filtrating the wastewater with the coagulated impurities by a rotating filter. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an electrolyzer with a cathode electrode and an anode electrode for increasing size of impurities in wastewater by electrolysis, a rotating filter(3) for filtrating the wastewater with increased size of impurities, and a compressor for applying high pressure air to the rotating filter(3) so as the impurities not to be attached to the surface of the filter(3).
