PURPOSE: A hair growth-promoting agent comprising extracts of 9 kinds of medicinal plants capable of maintaining the scalp and hair healthy is provided. Therefore, it reduces hair loss, dandruff and the inflammation of the scalp while promoting the growth of hair roots of dropped hair. CONSTITUTION: A hair growth-promoting agent contains 1 to 2 parts by weight of a mixed extract of wormwood(Artemisia princeps Pampan.), Paeoniae Radix, Rehmanniae Radix Preparata and Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 25 to 35% by weight of an extract of Acori Graminei Rhizoma, Astragali Radix and Ginkgo biloba leaves, 10 to 20 parts by weight of an extract of mulberry leaves and 20 to 30% by weight of an extract of Ginseng Radix leaves. The agent promotes blood circulation of the scalp, prevents hair loss and promotes the hair growth.
