PURPOSE: Combining structure of a hub and a hubcap is provided to prevent grease from leaking out from the inside of the hub and prevent foreign materials from coming in from the outside by maximizing sealing through a double sealing member. CONSTITUTION: Combining structure of a hub(10) and a hubcap comprises the hub forming a groove(11) according to the rim; the hubcap forming an insertion part, a part of which is inserted in the hub, and forming a cover part for covering the groove; and a second sealing member. The hubcap is combined to the hub to seal up the inside of the hub. In the hubcap, a securing part, on which a first sealing member is secured by leaving a space from the inner peripheral part of the hub, is formed to the insertion part. The second sealing member is combined between the groove and the cover part.
