METHOD FOR THE SIMULTANEOUS AMPLIFICATION OF MULTIPLE SEQUENCES IN A PCR REACTION AND MARKING THEREOF

A method for the amplification of nucleic acids is disclosed, whereby the section for amplification is first hybridised with at least two primer oligonucleotides, comprising two domains, of which the sequence-specific domain at the 3' terminus on the section to be amplified is hybridised and the generic domain at the 5' terminus is not hybridised. Then an amplification reaction is carried out using a polymerase, a marked primer oligonucleotide is hybridised on the obtained amplification product, which binds to the generic domain of the first primer. In the final step the sequence of the amplification product is checked.
