PURPOSE: A portable warmer is provided to prevent and treat the disease by irradiating the desired area directly, to apply appropriately according to the usage by preparing into the various size and form, and to be convenient in carriage and storage. CONSTITUTION: The portable warmer comprises a housing(2) having a receiving part(26) inside; and a warming member(30). The warming member(30) is constructed by laminating a bottom slate; an exothermic unit; an insulating layer; an anion generating material layer in which the various herbs are concentrated and dried into sheets; an insulation layer; and an upper slate one after another. The portable warmer is constructed by inserting the warming member(30) into the receiving part of the housing, filling the gap with resin(60), and connecting a power line to the exothermic unit.
