PURPOSE: A floor assembly is provided to improve the durability of a floor by preventing damage after installation, to improve the value as goods by preventing the lowering of durability and defects by the decomposition of a floor or moisture absorption, and to prevent noise by preventing the movement of a floor plate after installation. CONSTITUTION: The floor assembly comprises: a floor board(20) provided with a coupling groove(22) and a coupling projection; a plastic fixed plate(30) provided with a T-shaped hanging projection(31) to be fixed to the coupling groove(22) of the floor board, a fitting groove(34) formed on the lower part of the hanging projection(31), and a fitting projection(32) coupled to the fitting groove of another member to be separable; many fixing clips coupled to both outer sides of a fitting groove(34) and a fitting projection(32) which are coupled mutually not to be separated after coupling fixed plates(30) by a fitting groove(34) and a fitting projection(32); and an elastic pad(60) installed on the lower part of the fixed plate(30) and the upper part of the concrete bottom.
