PURPOSE: A device for maintaining pneumatic pressure of a tire is provided to promote comfortable traveling and prevent an accident by maintaining the inner pneumatic pressure of the tire uniform. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for maintaining pneumatic pressure of a tire comprises a piston part(110) and a housing part(130). The piston part has a first piston(112), mounted on an inner peripheral surface of a rim, to guide air to the tire mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the rim, and installed in an air injection port forming a male screw, to guide air; a second piston(116) integrally formed to the lower part of the first piston, to guide air guided by the first piston to the inside of the tire; and an elastic piece(124) one end of which is mounted to the lower end of the second piston extended to the inside of the tire and the other end of which is adhered closely to the inner peripheral surface of the tire. The housing part has a case(132) mounted to the air injection port to restrict the first piston to the air injection port; a first elastic spring installed in the case to return the first piston; and an opening and shutting valve(142) passed through the case. The case forms an air chamber and the opening and shutting valve guides the exterior air to the air chamber by the inner pressure difference of the case.
