PURPOSE: A bathtub is provided to help a user to take a bath to stimulate the blood circulation by putting half of the body of the user into the water in the tub, not by putting the whole body of the user into the water, as the tub has a sitting area in the front end or the rear end. CONSTITUTION: The bathtub(10) includes a sitting area(20) adjusting the water surface in order that the user sits on the area in the front end or the rear end of the tub; a sitting area(20) extruded from the bottom of the tub; a heater built in the tub; a heat insulating material covered with the outside of the heater to keep the heat from the heater warm inside the tub; and a piezoelectric sensor(22) and a remote controller(30) which operate the heater.
