<p>A method for treating bladder cancer by administering via the urethra a multispecific antibody comprising at least one targeting arm that binds a bladder cancer antigen and at least one capture arm that binds a carrier conjugated to one or more therapeutic agents, allowing said multispecific antibody to localize at the site of said bladder cancer, allowing any free multispecific antibody to substantially clear from the patient; and (b) administering a therapeutically effective amount of the carrier conjugated to one or more therapeutic agents.</p> |
