<p>The invention relates to an apparatus for treating cutaneous injuries comprising a first structure for exfoliation and sucking of cells and a second structure for reconstruction of epithelial tissue, said first structure providing a laser source, a box having a body with a central longitudinal hole for the passage of the laser beam, and electric coupler, provided within said longitudinal central hole, a pneumatic insulator, a cannula, an ionising device electrode exiting from the cannula, within said cannula, and sucking means for the ablated cells; said second structure providing a laser source, a box having a body with a longitudinal central hole for the passage of the laser beam, a pneumatic insulator, a disposable cannula, means for sucking the ablated cells, an antenna, a piezoelectric element and an ultrasound coupler; the apparatus further providing a sucking and filtering block for the sucked particles, a low voltage and low intensity current feeder, to produce a negative ion flow, and a radiofrequency generator for the excitation of the piezoelectric ceramic element.</p> |
