PURPOSE: An adapter for a stereo-scopic photographing device is provided to prevent loss of entrance images and prevent the images from overlapping with each other by realizing a double shutter structure. CONSTITUTION: An adapter for a stereo-scopic photographing device includes a reflecting system forming a second optical axis(A2) for entering a left image of a subject, a third optical axis(A3) for entering a right image of the subject, and a first optical axis(A1) collecting and transmitting the left and right images entered through the second axis and the third axis. A first shutter(45) rotates a first rotary disk of which a half is a first non-projective area and the other half is a projective area, so that the left and right images of the second optical axis and the third optical axis are alternately passed. A second shutter(46) inversely rotates a second rotary disk having a second non-projective area smaller than the first non-projective area, so that the second shutter interrupts a section where the right image and the left image are overlapped.
