The holder has outer screw threads and a head at the top having radial insertion channels (23) for inserting two overlapping bars for rotating the holder by hand. To fully rotate the head into the ground, the channels are located inclined from a plane top surface of the head. The channels open inside at an opening (23a) of the cylinder (12) in such a way that it is possible to insert the bars into the cylinder. The head can be covered by a head plate (30) which has a central circular opening (35) for pile to pass through and is releasably attached to the head. A rotational connection (i.e. bayonet connection) is provided for this purpose.
