Arrangement for in-vivo diagnosis of joint illnesses using fluorescent imaging, fluorescent ink having been deposited in the joint to be imaged. Said arrangement comprises light source (1), filter (2), optical fibers (3), probe (4), downstream filter (5), photo-detector (6), analysis electronics (7) and a display (8). The light source and upstream filter are used to generate incident light in the near infrared range between 600 and 900 nm. The probe is applied directly to the joint (9).
