The invention relates to a safety helmet for heat dissipation. The helmet comprises a body of the helmet, a liner of the helmet and a strap. The body of the helmet comprises a top of the helmet, a brim of the helmet, a visor extending from the brim of the helmet, and many warps for jointing the top and the brim at intervals. The top, the warps, the brim and the visor are injection molding in one body. There are weft knitting extending transversely between the warps so that the good weather resistance, the better safety, the ventilation, the rapid heat dissipation and the long usage can be acquired.
