PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal and a menu implementing method using the same are provided to display a menu list according to a selected navigation key, and to display a lower menu list of a menu selected through the navigation key according to a selected sub menu mobile key. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(30) has navigation keys and sub menu mobile keys, and generates corresponding key data. A controller(10) moves a cursor of a menu list according to a selected navigation key, moves to a lower or an upper menu item of a selected menu according to a selected sub menu mobile key, and controls displaying of menu information. An RF transmitter/receiver(20) transmits/receives various wireless data, and processes the data. A display(60) vertically or horizontally scrolls the displayed menu list, or displays the menu information by moving to upper/lower menu lists, and displays an icon of the selected menu in activated state. A voice signal processor(40) modulates/demodulates a voice signal. A memory(50) stores an information signal and the key data.
