PURPOSE: Provided is an anion emitting fan, which generates a wind and thus resolves the heat, and at the same time, emits an anion and thus enables the person to feel refreshment. CONSTITUTION: The fan comprises a handle(1); the ribs of the fan(2); a fabric(or paper) of the fan(3); and a fine powder of anion emitting minerals(4) which is positioned at one or two or more of the handle(1), the ribs of the fan(2), and the fabric(or paper) of the fan(3), and which is a unit for applying, incorporation, adhesion, and so on. The minerals are selected from the group consisting of rare-earth minerals such as monazite, bastnasite, and xenotime; oxides of rare-earth elements such as lanthanide, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, promethium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutetium, scandium, and yttrium; and a tourmaline such as dravite, schori, elbaite, and uvite.
