PURPOSE: Provided are a textile hose piping strainer being installed with an inclination to be easily back washed and an apparatus for increasing back washing efficiency of the strainer. CONSTITUTION: The strainer comprises a pipe shaped housing(110) having a hollow space therein and a liquid inlet hole(141) at one end thereof, the housing(110) being installed with inclination of 5 to 10 degree with respect to the horizontal direction, a supporting plate(120) installed at the other end of the housing(110), a plurality of textile hose piping modules(130) supported by the supporting plate(120) and extending in parallel with each other in the housing(110) along the longitudinal direction of the housing(110), a cover(140) fixed on to the supporting plate(120) for sealing inside of the housing(110) and having a treated water discharging hole(142) and an air intake hole(144), a concentration part(10) formed in the housing(110) at a lower portion, a floating member(20) for keeping the hose piping modules(130) being floated in the housing(110), a raw water distributing instrument(30) inserted through the liquid inlet hole(141) for spraying water to the modules(130) for back washing, a sludge drain port(40) formed at a lower portion of the housing(110), and a circulation hole(50) formed at an upper portion thereof for making vortex of water flowing down along the inner surface of the housing(110) by discharging a portion of the sprayed raw water.
