PURPOSE: A grip of a door glass for a vehicle is provided to prevent movement or breakage of the door glass by reinforcing assembling force of the grip with forming an insertion nut and a leaf spring inside the second grip part, and to improve working efficiency by integrally coupling two divided grip members through a connecting member. CONSTITUTION: A door glass grip comprises a first grip member(103) having a body supporting the side of a door glass(101), a base part(103b) supporting the lower end of the door glass, and a first penetrating combination unit(103c) protruded into the body and inserted to a through hole(109) of the door glass; a second grip member having a body including the through hole, a blade part inclined and protruded to press and support the side of the door glass, and a second penetrating combination unit inserted to the through hole; and an assembling member(115) inserted to the through hole of the first and second grip members to fasten the door glass to the grip. An insertion nut is formed in the through hole of the second grip member, and a leaf spring(205d) is extended along the blade part of the second grip member.
