PURPOSE: A rotating body having a variable diameter is provided to adjust a certain size of a diameter to use the rotating body as a rotational tool rest. CONSTITUTION: Two of discs(20,40) having different diameter is displaced to correspond to each other at the center. The centerline is adjusted to control the distance between the discs. The diameter of the material fixed at the hypotenuse is variable as the distance between the discs is adjusted. The material having a certain diameter is adjustable at the angle. Not twisting the disc maintains the position of the material.
