A content database accumulating contents to be displayed by a display device and a lease management unit managing lease of the display device and distribution of contents to the display device are connected to the display device so that they can communicate with each other. Since the lease management unit manages the least of the display device and distribution of contents to the display device, it is possible to effectively manage both of the lease of the display device and provision of contents to the display device.
