PURPOSE: A molding sand mixing apparatus constructed in a new structure is provided to reduce time required for cooling a mixture of resin and sand and prevent hardener from sticking to an inner wall surface of mixing tank after the hardener is thermosetted. CONSTITUTION: The molding sand mixing apparatus comprises a resin mixing tank(210) at one side of which first injection port(211) is formed so that sand and resin are injected into the first injection port(211), and on the bottom of which first discharge port(212) opened and closed to discharge a mixture of sand and resin is formed; a hardener mixing tank(220) which is installed at a lower part of the resin mixing tank(210), at one side of which second injection port(222) is formed so that hardener is injected into the second injection port(222), and on the bottom of which second discharge port(223) opened and closed to discharge a mixture of sand, resin and hardener is formed; first agitator(230) rotationally mounted on an inner lower part of the resin mixing tank(210); second agitator(240) rotationally mounted on an inner lower part of the hardener mixing tank(220); a driving means(201) connected to the first agitator(230) and second agitator(240) to rotate the first agitator(230) and second agitator(240); first cooling means(213) for cooling the resin mixing tank(210); and second cooling means(224) for cooling the hardener mixing tank(220).
