PURPOSE: A device for rotating an LCD screen of a portable terminal is provided to rotate a cover where the LCD screen is installed so as to lengthen the LCD screen in horizontal direction, thereby displaying a normal image by using the entire LCD screen. CONSTITUTION: Rotative supports(160) are hinge-coupled with a body(100) of a portable terminal. A fixed disk(172) is formed on one of the rotative supports(160). The first guide cylinder(140) is formed on a back side of a cover, and is rotatively coupled with the fixed disk(172). A coupling flange(210) forms the second guide cylinder(212) coupled to an inner side of the first guide cylinder(140), and is coupled with an inner side of the cover. A baseplate(230) is coupled with the fixed disk(172) by a coupling member from a lower side of the coupling flange(210).
