PURPOSE: A multipurpose center console box for a vehicle is provided to use the center console box as an arm rest for a driver and a passenger, and a cart by varying the structure of the center console box. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose center console box for a vehicle is composed of covers(10,12), foldable side plates(14) connected to both sides of the covers, a bottom plate(18) standing on the inner bottom of one cover(10) or lying on the inner bottom of the other cover(12), and a table. The table is attached to the outer surface of one cover(10), or the top of the other cover(12) to open/close an opening part between the covers.
