PURPOSE: A memorial article made of genuine gold foil on which memorial event is directly printed and a method for manufacturing the same is provided to easily fabricate large quantities of memorial articles formed of precious metal by directly printing a genuine gold foil itself, shorten manufacturing time by simplifying manufacturing process and reduce cost by reducing consumption of raw material such as transparent vinyl. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a preparation step of preparing stamping foil and stiffener; a genuine gold heat pressing and transferring process of transferring genuine gold deposited on PET film(11) of the stamping foil(15) onto one side of the stiffener such as paper and plastic film; a cutting process of cutting a genuine gold foil obtained by depositing genuine gold to a thin thickness on a PET film to a required size; a printing process of directly printing memorial contents on the genuine gold foil transferred to the stiffener; a transparent material coating process of coating a transparent material on the printed genuine gold foil(10) to protect a printing surface of the genuine gold foil; and a memento shape forming step of completing a memorial article form in a frame or stand shape, wherein the printing process includes laser printer printing, offset printing and silk screen printing.
