摘要 PURPOSE: An oil flow control method of an automatic vacuum stripping system for a cargo oil pump is provided to automatically control the rpm of the car oil pump and a discharge valve using a micom. CONSTITUTION: Inhalation and discharge pressures at the inlet and outlet sides of the cargo oil pump(1) and rpm at the cargo oil pump are inputted into a micom(7). The micom calculates a current head using the inhalation and discharge pressures in the micom. The micom calculates a working head and an effective inhalation head using the current head, the current rpm and working rpm at the cargo oil pump. The micom calculates an actual oil flow using the current rpm, the working rpm, and the working oil flow. The micom calculates optimum rpm using the current rpm, the actual oil flow, and a required oil flow. The micom compares the calculated actual oil flow with the required oil flow. According to the difference between the actual oil flow and the required oil flow, the current rpm of the cargo oil pump and an opening of a discharge valve(8) are determined.
