PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing toasted laver with seasoning is provided, thereby producing the toasted laver having various tastes and plentiful nutrients, and maintaining its tastes and nutrients for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing toasted laver with seasoning comprises the steps of: heating 74.50 wt.% of dried laver at 120 deg. C; adding 1.20 wt.% of mustard powder into 19.30 wt.% of cooking oil, 2.00 wt.% of sesame oil(or perilla oil) and 3.00 wt.% of salt to prepare a seasoning mixture; evenly covering the heated laver with the seasoning mixture; and heating it at 200 deg. C. |
