A rotor yoke which is rotated around the stator, has multiple magnet insertion holes with interpoles between the holes. The ratio of width (Wmg) of permanent magnets inserted into the holes to width (Wsp) of interpoles is 5:1. The phase of alternating current supplied to each phase, is led by an angle which is 1 or 1.8 times the width of interpoles.
