PURPOSE: Provided is a method for purifying high-purity isoflavone aglucone which removes bitter taste by using organic solvents such as organic acid, acetone, and ethyl acetate. CONSTITUTION: The method for purifying high-purity isoflavone aglucone is characterized by the next steps of: i) separating crude isoflavone aglucone by using organic solvents like organic acid, acetone, or ethyl acetate among glacial acetic acid and lactic acid at 10-60 deg.C for 10 minutes to 5 hours; and ii) purifying isoflavone aglucone from extracted solvent. Wherein, the crude isoflavone aglucone is obtained from extracts of soybean or soybean's germ and the organic acid and solvent are added 2-60 times as much as crude isoflavone aglucone.
