A metal press-worked component (2) is put over the outer periphery of a resin molded component (1) positioned on the inner side of a fastening component (A) and locking protrusions (2a, 2b) projecting into an inner side formed at the end of this press-worked component are allowed to engage the resin molded component so as to prevent the resin molded component from coming off the press-worked component, and a rotation locking means (3) is formed over the resin molded component and the press-worked component to integrate the both in a peripheral direction, thereby enabling fastening to the outer thread portions (B2, B4) of a hose connector (B). Accordingly, the weight is reduced while damage is prevented by increasing the surface hardness of the fastening component, and a plurality of screw specifications can be satisfied by only changing a resin molded component.
