PURPOSE: A tension mask assembly is provided to reduce the displacement of the tension mask caused due to the terrestrial magnetic field by shutting off the aperture formed between the shorter side of the tension mask and the frame. CONSTITUTION: A tension mask assembly(30) comprises a frame including a pair of support members(32) opposed each other and a pair of strength members(33) interposed between the support members; a tension mask(31) mounted on the support member in such a manner that the tension mask is applied with a tension force, wherein the tension mask has a plurality of slots(31b) for passage of electron beams; and a thermal correction unit(300) mounted on the frame in the direction of applying a tension force to the tension mask, wherein the thermal correction unit shuts off the aperture formed between the shorter side of the tension mask and the frame.
