The fan includes a motor (20) that is driven electrically and has a turning knuckle (21) projecting from one side. A first rear housing (30) has two chambers and two through holes at the lower side. An inlet air channel (40) and an outlet air channel are in connection with the two through holes. A fan wheel is provided on the turning knuckle and is accommodated in the chamber. A second rear housing (50) has a center through hole (51), is fixed to the first rear housing, whereby the turning knuckle runs through the through hole, and accommodates the fan wheel. A heat-dissipating unit is provided outside the second rear housing and is driven by the turning knuckle for generating fast flowing air outside the two housings.
