PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing automatically a giro sheet and a controlling method thereof are provided to reduce the manpower by performing a batch process for giro sheets. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing automatically a giro sheet includes a scanning unit(10), a checking unit(20), a tray(50), and a microprocessor. The scanning unit(10) receives a giro sheet and scans the giro sheet. The checking unit(20) checks errors of scanning data and discharges the giro sheet to an outlet(101). The tray(50) is used for loading one or more giro sheets and transferring the loaded giro sheets to a discharge unit(30) and a reception unit(40) according to an error state of the giro sheet. The microprocessor is used for outputting control signals in a scanning process, a checking process, and a transferring process. |
