<p>An image processing device includes image data input means (2), image data storage means (12) for storing image data which is input, image data processing means (6) having a plurality of processing modes for outputting image data stored, and image data erase means for erasing image data stored in the storage means (12). Furthermore, the image processing device includes erase count control means (8, 14) for controlling to set the erase count according to the security level required for each processing mode and modify the erase count in the middle. Erase operation is repeatedly performed to the area containing image data which has become unnecessary according to the security level, thereby achieving security.</p> |
