The main body (10) is smooth on its endface (13) and outer wall (11) in an overlap area (15) facing the cover (20). On its face on the overlap side turned away from the endface (13) the outer wall (11) has an annular shoulder (14). The cover (20) is smooth where it confronts the endface (13) and/or overlap (15) and a projecting part (24) of the cover (20) thus grips the shoulder (13) from behind or is bent round this (13). Main body (10) and cover (20) are so dimensioned on body edge (24) as to relatively rotate when the cover is bent round the shoulder (14). Cover and main body can be fixed to adjust the runoff (18,19) position. The free edge of the cover (20) should be beaded. The runoff preventer (30) has a first valve (32) located and peripherally sealed in relation to the main body, ported (31) and associated with a second flexible valve part (33) supported liftably on the first valve rim.
