Modular construction door and window frames with selective clip fastening outer trim for both fixed and movable frames

A modular construction window and door frame system has basic fixed frames (1) secured into the opening and hinged movable frame (2) holding the glass panes (3). The appearance of the windows and doors is provided by non load bearing trim (4, 5, 6, 7) applied to the outside and inside of the frames. The trim panels can be of any selected material and are applied using conventional fasteners, adhesives or via with clip fastening. The outer trim (4, 5) for instance can be applied via interlocking grip profiles (10, 12, 13) and include integral fittings for seals. The inner trim can be decorative wood strips. The trim sections can be easily replaced when damaged or to change the appearance.
