Process of production of hydrocarbons with low content of sulfur and of nitrogen

In the desulfurization of petrol charges comprising at least 150 ppm of sulfur compounds by a hydrodesulfurization catalyst, the charge is submitted to a pre-treatment of deazotization in conditions such that the content of nitrogen compounds at the time of contact with the catalyst does not exceed 150 ppm. An Independent claim is also included for the application of the process to petrol derived form heavy hydrocarbons.
